Careers

Build the system that carries the case.

BRON is building the system that carries a matter from intake to resolution. The work is hard because the details matter: every fact, handoff, approval and source has to remain connected.

Introduce yourself

Make every next step legible.

We are starting with one user and one standard: the lawyer should be able to ask for the outcome and see the work carry itself forward until judgment is required.

That means building a real knowledge graph, reliable workflows, grounded drafting, evidence checks, client collaboration and tools for the room where testimony happens. It also means saying clearly when the record is incomplete or an action still belongs to a person.

Founding product engineer

Build the matter graph, assistant tools and durable workflows that carry a case from intake through resolution. You will work across the product surface and the systems underneath it, with a high bar for provenance, authorization and calm interfaces.

Own the graph-to-work loop: facts, evidence, workflow runs and the record they leave behind.

Litigation systems lead

Translate how litigation actually moves into the questions, rules and workflows BRON can run. You will shape intake, discovery, drafting, deadlines, client work, deposition and trial surfaces with the founder and early firms.

Make the small operational tasks legible enough to automate and the legal judgments clear enough to keep with the lawyer.

Founding design engineer

Make a dense litigation system feel quiet, direct and trustworthy. You will turn matter state, evidence, approvals and long-running work into interfaces a lawyer can understand in one pass.

Give the system one visual language from the first intake question to the last export.
