Take the guided tour of your workspace

You are new to BRON and want to find your matters, drafts and daily work.

For firm teams

What to do

  1. The tour does not start by itself. Inside your workspace, open Get help, then Help, and choose Take the tour.
  2. You can also open the command menu (Ctrl+K, or Cmd+K on a Mac) and choose Start the tour. It walks you through where a matter lives, your daily brief, where drafts are written and the citation gate that guards sending, the Desk where decisions wait, and the client inbox.
  3. It shows one stop at a time. Move with Back and Next, choose Finish at the last stop, or choose Back to Get help to leave. The tour remembers the step you reached: Resume the tour at step N, under Help or in the command menu, picks up there.
  4. The tour provides links to the relevant screens. It does not send, sign, file, change records or carry out setup steps.

Limits and unresolved problems

Your role determines which stops are available. A paralegal or invited associate may see fewer screens. Firm setup is a separate task in Settings. Progress is saved in this browser only. Another browser or cleared site data starts at step one.

Record the screen, time, displayed status and steps you tried. Use your signed-in support route or contact your firm administrator. Do not include credentials or confidential documents in a public message.
