A model can draft. A matter has consequences.
A matter produces evidence, deadlines, decisions and exceptions for months or years. BRON keeps them on one record, which is how a change can reach the work that depends on it. A corrected deposition transcript flags the designations it affects. If the service method behind a confirmed deadline changes, BRON proposes a recalculated date. It never moves the date itself.
BRON can prepare and coordinate the work. Sending a document, signing, requesting funds or changing a matter's phase still needs a person with the authority to approve it.

The matter record
Facts, documents, drafts and decisions stay on the matter's record. Decisions a firm records, with the reasons, carry into later drafts and answers on that matter.
Workflows
BRON proposes a step-by-step plan for an assignment. Nothing runs until a licensed attorney approves it. When a run reaches an act with an outside effect, it stops, and that act needs its own approval.
Outside AI tools
A firm can connect its own AI tools. They can read the matter, add notes and propose actions. They cannot send, file, sign, serve, calendar or move money.

What we do not claim.
- No valuation performance claim
- The public calibration record has no scorable outcomes. It publishes no result below ten resolved matters.
- No claim that a record is whole
- A timestamp shows that a file existed at a given time. It cannot prove that nothing was withheld.
- No measured performance comparison
- BRON has not published a competitor benchmark or customer outcome comparison.
