What to do
- Open Settings, then My connections, and find the mailbox card with your address. Firm-wide services are managed separately under Connected services. Navigation can differ by deployment; ask your firm administrator if the personal connection card is unavailable.
- Choose Reconnect and sign in again with the same account. Grant the same permissions you granted the first time; a narrower grant reconnects but takes capabilities away.
- Check that the card reads Sending as, followed by your address. That is the only state that means it is working.
- If delivery verification is offered, review the requested permission before granting it. Without delivery verification, an interrupted send can have an unknown outcome. Check the provider's sent mail before deciding whether to send again.
What you should see
The personal connection identifies the address that will send. If it still needs reconnecting, report the displayed error without sending credentials.
Limits and unresolved problems
The provider grant belongs to the mailbox owner; reconnecting firm credentials does not repair it. Calendar-file export is separate. This guide does not establish that Google or Outlook calendar synchronization is available for your firm.
