A connection is failing and it is not clear whether the firm, the individual, or BRON is supposed to fix it.

BRON for Mac · For clients and custodiansProvide an encrypted iPhone backup through BRON for Mac
The firm's request names material in an iPhone backup, or BRON for Mac refuses the backup you selected.

A collection result lists files it could not copy, shows an unknown count, or found less material than you expected.
Documents and sources · For firm teamsReview a document held after an upload check
A document is listed on the matter, but opening or downloading it is blocked. Its upload-check card reports a hold, a failed scan, or an unavailable scanner.
Documents and sources · For firm teamsInspect a fact, its sources and its recorded status
A fact appears in an answer or draft, and you need to see who says it, what document it comes from, and whether the matter treats it as disputed or accepted.
Documents and sources · For firm teamsInspect and restore a saved document version
A draft has changed, an approval appears older than the current text, or you need to inspect the document as it existed before a revision.
Drafting and review · For firm teamsPrepare a draft from the matter's facts and documents
You want a first draft that uses the matter's recorded facts, keeps the source references available, and gives the reviewing attorney a defined assignment.
Drafting and review · For firm teamsRead the passage behind a sentence in a draft
A draft contains a citation or source link, and you need to verify the proposition against the underlying document before approving the text.
Drafting and review · For firm teamsReview a draft marked Changed since drafted
The editor marks a draft Changed since drafted, or a pending approval, client update or research memo is flagged after a recorded source changes.

A discovery request has arrived or is being prepared, and the team needs to record the request, establish the service facts and review any proposed response date.

A received email refers to an attachment you cannot find, the production has a numbering gap, or Discovery reports an incomplete document family.

A discovery response or production appears deficient, and the team needs a letter grounded in the request and a chronology of the ensuing exchange.

Documents have arrived, but the review queue still shows uncoded material, an unknown side or role, or a model proposal awaiting the firm's decision.

A proposed production contains sensitive material, a document is marked privileged or work product, or a withholding needs a privilege-log entry.

You need a portable copy of a matter or the firm's permitted records, with the files, structured data and evidence needed to inspect the export outside BRON.

An export is prepared, but you need to establish which document version it contains, whether the actual files are included, and what the recipient can verify.
Trial preparation · For firm teamsBuild the order of proof from the matter record
Trial preparation is spread across witness notes, exhibit lists and drafts. You need to see which witness will establish each point and which questions still need an answer.

You have a recorded triggering event and need to inspect a calculation before a licensed attorney decides whether to add the date to the matter calendar.
Deadlines · For firm teamsResolve a missing rule or conflicting deadline basis
A proposed deadline relies on the wrong forum, a rule cannot be loaded, or the trigger and service facts disagree with the records counsel is reviewing.

Billing and trust · For firm teamsReview a closing statement before approval or signature
A settlement closing statement has been prepared and the firm needs to inspect its gross amount, deductions and client share before approving or presenting that version for signature.
Sharing and exports · For firm teamsShare one fixed version of a brief
You need to give a recipient a read-only brief and its cited sources without giving them access to the matter or changing what an already-issued link shows.
Sharing and exports · For firm teamsCheck an exported file and understand its digest
You received an export, a manifest or an attestation and want to check the recorded file without reading a matching digest as proof that the matter record is complete.
Need help with a specific matter?
Clients should contact their law firm about requests, dates and legal questions. Firm teams can report a product problem from their signed-in workspace; the report goes to the firm owner's triage list. Include the screen, file name and status, without sending passwords or confidential material through a public form.
